Building is a Franks family tradition! Justin is a third generation builder and the youngest of twelve siblings - nine of whom are builders! The passion for Encore Construction grew out of Justin's experiences building Loft Beds on the side in Manhattan while pursuing musical theatre. The idea of combining detailed artistry and structure made the thought of building custom homes come alive – and he has never looked back.

Growing up on his father's job sites gave Justin the knowledge he needed to launch Encore Construction in 1997. Since then Justin's chief desire has been to build a legacy for every family – something they can love and hand down to future generations. His passion for excellence and personal service are hallmarks of every relationship with client families. “I am honored that families trust me with their dreams…and resources. I will never take the opportunity to build their home for granted.” Justin is a chairperson for the Board of Directors for the Williamson County Better Business Bureau.
