Slated for completion in July 2009, the 68,000 square foot project will include a 45,000 square foot medical office building anchored by Williamson-Saint Thomas Community Health LLC, a joint venture between Saint Thomas Health Services and Williamson Medical Center. While they will utilize 30,000 square feet of the building, 15,000 square feet is still available for lease. In addition, retail space is still available.
"We are very excited about breaking ground on this unique development, which will provide greater access to quality healthcare and retail options to the area," says Dennis Norvet, President of the Healthcare Division of Colony Development Partners. "Our goal is for the Colony at Tollgate and Tollgate Village Medical Pavilion to meet the needs of residents in Williamson County in the most convenient, highly effective way."
Located 25 minutes south of Nashville, Tollgate Village is a 360-acre community designed to provide a small-town feel with luxury homes, condominiums, and nearby retail shops, restaurants and parks. For occupants of the Medical Pavilion, the area provides high growth and demographics that support the space's healthcare offerings.
