Brett Seltz is the lead landscape designer for Tollgate Village. His vision for this unique community is one of an environmentally-friendly traditional neighborhood development that has a mature park-like feel. The landscaping at Tollgate Village will far surpass anything seen in conventional developments and will include a fully-stocked lake with ambient lighting, decorative fountains, and A-grade large caliper trees on every homesite and in all common areas. Brett designs and oversees the execution of the landscaping throughout Tollgate Village including that of the individual homesites, community amenities, walking trails, hardscape features and more. To ensure the integrity of the streetscapes in Tollgate Village, Brett provides each builder with a custom-designed, detailed landscape plan for every home.
Brett's goal is for Tollgate Village to "set a standard in the area for future communities." Brett has already helped contribute to this vision locally as he has consulted with the City of Thompson's Station to design, budget and oversee the implementation of walking trails throughout the historic community in which Tollgate Village is located. » Back to Developers
